Responsibilities will include:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies.- Manage multiple requisitions across various departments, ensuring timely and quality hires.- Collaborate with HR and leadership to align recruitment strategies with broader business goals.-
- Conduct competency-based interview training to support and guide hiring managers on best practices.- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal hiring policies.- Provide coaching and training to hiring managers on recruitment processes and tools.- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the hiring process.- Partner with external recruitment agencies and vendors when needed.-
- Analyse recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness) to continuously improve processes.- Represent FNZ at recruitment events, career fairs, and industry forums.- Drive employer branding initiatives to position FNZ as an employer of choice.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a business partner capacity.- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.- Expertise in sourcing strategies, including social media, talent pools, and direct sourcing.- A data-driven approach to recruitment, with experience in analysing metrics to improve hiring processes.- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
