We are currently looking for Duty Manager to be part of our Liquor Store in Orewa who will be required to perform the following duties:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store
- Make sure that the stocks are stored properly.
- Make sure that staff is aware of the need for effective customer relations skills.
- Accept and Conduct Quality Control on the Deliveries
- Responsible to motivate and supervise new and existing staff on duty. Also, providing them feedback on timely basis.
- Responding to customer complaints and maintaining relationships with them and other staff members.
- Supervising the shifts of staff and also can adjust their shift as per business needs.
- Checking stock levels and order necessary supplies.
- Coordinating with the suppliers and maintain good relationship with them.
- Record information about inventory and health practices.
- Inform the management
- Taking payments from customers and reconciling it at the end of the day.

You will be required to work for **minimum of 30 hours per week.**

Other Requirements:

- Leadership skills
- Good at team work
- Available to work on weekends.
- Physically fit and healthy

**Salary**: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
