With our Leisure Centres more popular and busier than ever, our fitness teams play a vital part in ensuring that visitors are kept motivated, interested, and eager to return again.

As a Fitness Consultant, you will be helping people achieve their health and well-being goals and delivering fitness programmes for all ages and abilities across our diverse community.

This permanent part-time position is offering 29 hours per week, working Wednesday to Sunday.

Wednesday - 1.15pm-7.45pm = 6

Thursday - 1.15pm-7.45pm = 6

Friday - 1.15pm-6.45pm = 5

Saturday - 10.15am-6.15pm = 7.5

Sunday - 6.45am-11.15am = 4.5

We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, and positive people who thrive on client contact and have a proven ability to communicate effectively to provide a high level of client satisfaction through the programmes you deliver.

Joining a proactive and dynamic team, you will be a keen team player with a flexible approach. You will be comfortable asking questions and building your knowledge to be able to use your initiative to provide innovative and appropriate fitness solutions. With impeccable time management skills, you will be confident with administrative tasks and processes.

We aim to upskill and progress your career, so you can train and take on other functions within our centres, such as Lifeguard, Recreation Assistant and more. By the same token, if we occasionally need some help in other areas such as at our front desk and general customer service duties.
