Food Truck Helper

We are a Māori-Mexican Food Trailer and we are looking for Part-time/Casual helpers our busy food trailer.

We handle various events such as Music festivals, The Beer Spot locations, Markets, Food Truck Rallies, Pop-ups and Private Catering.

Working in a food trailer requires you to be hands-on, doing a variety of tasks and be able to communicate and work in a busy and fast-paced environment and be able to follow instructions and guidelines from other team members and have a positive can-do attitude. Cooking and food prep experience is essential as is great customer service.

Flexibility is required as event days and locations vary and so day duties vary because of this. Driver's license is a must.

You will need to have a reasonable level of fitness as some heavy lifting is required. You will also assist the manager in general duties like using an eftpos, counting back change, restocking, reheating food, keeping areas tidy.
