- Provide friendly and upbeat administrative support in a teaching faculty
- Proactively organise, improve, and deliver key administrative processes
- Provide welcoming frontline support to learners and visitors

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our team, working primarily in the Faculty of Health, Science and Sustainability to:
- Contribute to general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the faculty
- Provide excellent customer service, to learners and staff, including frontline enquiries
- Support administrative activities, including documentation, scheduling appointments, file management, managing communications
- Schedule, arrange, minute meetings, and follow up on actions

- Proven task/administration management/relationship skills
- Understands and delivers excellent customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven minute taking skills
- Excellent time manager with the ability to prioritise
- Experience coordinating fluctuating workloads and prioritising accordingly
- Strong planning and organisational skills with attention to detail and follow through to achieve final outcome
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Advanced skills in using a range of computer systems and software, including the Microsoft Office suite
- Confidence to set up office systems and processes in the absence of precedent
- Skilled in the effective use of institutional systems and processes
- Understands importance of confidentiality
