- Help processing orders, receipting products, assisting with purchasing etc.
- Varied and fast paced administration role
Our client are a busy manufacturing firm based in Addington. Due to business growth they require extra support in the operations team. You will be working closely with the Purchasing Officer and Accounts Administrator.
This is a full time position however due to the seasonal nature of the company's product, there may be less hours required in spring and summer months.
As this is a newly created role, there is some scope to make the role your own. Below are some duties that this role may include:
**General Office Administration**
- Recieving and lodging orders in the database - Fishbowl software
- Reconciliation of hours and manual timesheet entries - Fivestar software
- Cycle counting
- General filing and administration duties
- Assisting with accounts such as debt collection
- Assisting with procurement and purchasing
**Skills and attributes required**:
- 2 + years experience in a similar role
- Intermediate to advanced user of MS Office suite
- Fishbowl and/or Fivestar experience is advantageous but not a necessity
- Flexible and willing to take on new tasks as required
- Multitasking expert
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Team player
