We have built a best of breed, world class new Auckland Fresh Distribution Centre (AFDC) and you could be part of it The new temperature-controlled building includes a 2ha indoor floor area, is chilled in different zones and centralises Countdown's fresh product operations. Located on Puaki Drive, Wiri.

We are looking for an experienced **Systems and Inventory Manager **that has what it takes to drive the AFDC towards success. To work here you must enjoy a fast paced environment that is challenging yet rewarding.

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
- Effectively maintain DC product range, manage new and deleted lines and family groups through effective systems management and inventory integrity
- Event Allocations and collaborate with Merchandise and Replenishment to maximise productivity while securing instore availability for all events
- Monitor and enhance the management and usage of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) in collaboration with the International S&I Team
- With a focus on continuous improvement, recommend and implement enhancements to work practices which could improve safety, quality and productivity and/or reduce cost.
- Role Model safety values and implement safety, health and environment policies and systems to embed safety into the culture of ways of working

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 0800 to 1630. Flexibility is a must due to operational requirements and at times may need to work on weekends when needed.

**About You | Mōu
To succeed in this role you will need to have a minimum of 5 years experience in S&I within a large supply chain environment. You will be incredibly computer literate and familiar with WMS systems, be someone who is calm under pressure while systematically and logically working through issues in a timely manner.

You will be the source of truth for all things inventory and someone who loves to challenge the status quo and be committed to continuously improve. Your leadership skills will be someone who will ensure your team are trained up to set them up for success.
