Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania.- The Opportunity- This role is pivotal in ensuring that the Supply Chain enterprise has a robust integrated management system across our food safety, quality management and environmental systems as well as managing our supplier quality to ensure we are producing high quality products everyday. _

**What you’ll be doing**
- Develop, maintain, and improve one integrated management system covering Food Safety, Quality Management and Environmental Management for the Supply Chain
- Set up the Supply Chain Multi site accreditation for the latest version of FSSC 22000.
- Create and maintain a Supply Chain IMS Dashboard that displays the IMS system compliance and the performance of Supply Chain.
- Auditing of new and existing suppliers and third party manufacturers to ensure they are meeting Suntory’s standards
- Risk assess new raw materials to ensure they comply with Suntory’s standards
- Work with procurement to implement supplier and third party manufacturers agreements to ensure KPI’s are met
- Lead and develop a high performing team
- What's in your toolkit?- Previous experience in a similar role and relevant degree/qualifications
- Experience implementing and maintaining food safety programs
- Experience in a highly regulated environment - FMCG or Pharmaceutical is desirable
- Experience managing and developing a team
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders to help drive our safety culture
- Strong supplier auditing experience and knowledge of quality management systems
- A continuous improvement mindset to ensure we are delivering high quality products to our customers.
