Reporting to the Auckland Distribution Manager, you will liaise with & support our nationwide branch network, planners, and distribution centres based in both Auckland and Christchurch.

You will be managing all aspects of inventory control within the Distribution Centre and ensure all paperwork and systems are correctly updated with accurate inventory information.

**Key tasks also include**:

- Plan and perform physical stocktakes and cyclical stock counts on a regular basis.
- Stock rotation, consolidation, and pick-face replenishments
- Stock adjustments & aged stock management
- Maintenance of serialised items & bin locations
- Investigate stock variances
- Inventory reporting and analysis
- Track and analyse branch demand patterns

**What you need to be successful**:

- Knowledge and experience of warehousing and distribution principles
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to identify patterns, inventory gaps and make appropriate recommendations.
- A strong understanding of inventory management and planning
- Problem solving and investigative skills to determine reasons for stock variances.
- Intermediate level of computer skills (Excel, Work, Outlook etc)
- Reach and Man Up licenses essential.
- Experience with Dynamics365 F&O is advantageous.
