We are proud to offer our customers a shopping experience like no other in New Zealand’s largest hardware retail store; Mitre 10 MEGA Albany as well as New Lynn, Warkworth, Whangaparoa and Silverdale, boast Columbus Coffee shops. We also have a Distribution Centre and own our own Frame and Truss Manufacturing Plant.

**The focus of this role**:
Reporting directly to the Retail Manager and as a key member of the store leadership team, we are looking for the right person to join us. This role requires weekend work and flexibility to match our trading hours.

**Our ideal applicant**:

- Minimum of 3 years previous experience at a senior level in a fast-paced, big box retail environment.
- Previous team leadership experience (15+ members of staff).
- Leadership and mentoring skills.
- Decision making capability in a deadline driven environment.
- Strong multi-tasking ability.
- Ability to pro-actively work on own initiative.
