Our Team Leaders expected to train and refine the skills of the team, work alongside management on product offering and engage with our customers. To deliver this well, we are looking for an individuals with supervisory experience gained in a fast paced retail environment, a strong work ethic and clear communication skills.

**A snapshot of your tasks will be to**:

- Share our passion for retail and provide a unique and exciting shopping experience to our customers
- Demonstrate experience working in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrate experience in leading a retail team
- Communicate convincingly and with confidence
- Demonstrate exceptional presentation standards and a professional approach

**As we're located in a dynamic airport environment we operate outside typical business hours. We are looking for a new team leader who is reasonably flexible with availability as shifts may in some cases may fall outside normal business hours.
