**About the Role**

We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Team Administrator to support our rostering functions. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and play an integral part in ensuring smooth scheduling and workforce management across our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative and coordination support across services
- Coordinate and maintain the team’s roster, ensuring all shifts are filled efficiently and accurately
- Liaise with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination regarding schedules.
- Maintain and analyse spreadsheets, trackers, and data reports
- Work closely with clinicians and service leads to support operational needs.
- Sound judgement, knowledge of roster processes and technology (including Mahi ē Taea) are required, together with the ability to work accurately and methodically.
