**Job Description**:
Get ready to roll up your sleeves and learn the ins and outs of successful management when you take your first step into leadership

For this role, we are looking for someone who is excited about building on a career in retail, who loves our products, and who wants to share their enthusiasm with our customers.

As Sales Support 2IC, you will work closely with the Sales Support Manager to assist in leading and developing your team in all customer critical processes at the "Front End", including the teams who work across Checkouts, Loss Prevention and Administration/Cashier. You will also assist in delivering the Labour Objectives, ensuring Internal Audit standards are met and take the lead role in Safety Hub administration.

Everything you do in your work will contribute to a positive customer experience, an engaged team and a profitable store.

**This is a permanent full time position working 8 hours per day Tuesday - Saturday.**

**Qualifications**:
Ideally you will have:

- Proven retail experience
- Strong leadership qualities
- Commitment to the Customer and the in-store experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
