**Job Description**:
We currently have an exciting dual role at our Wellington store - working on our Service Desk along with being our Sales Support 2IC two days a week

In the Service Desk role, you will assist our customers with their inquiries, process returns, exchanges, refunds and transfers. You will also support Loss Prevention with security assistance and help support and supervise the Checkout area as required.

In the Sales Support 2IC role, you will work closely with the Sales Support Manager to deliver the Labour Objectives. You will be responsible for the Sales Support function in the absence of the Sales Support Manager, along with ensuring Internal Audit standards are met and take the lead role in Safety Hub administration.

Everything you do in your work will contribute to a positive customer experience, an engaged team, and a profitable store.
**This is a permanent full time position working the following shifts**:
**Service Desk**
- Tuesday - 12:00pm - 9:30pm
- Wednesday - 12:00pm - 9:30pm
- Thursday - 12:00pm - 9:30pm
**Sales Support 2IC**
- Friday - 8:30am - 5pm
- Saturday - 8:30am - 5pm

**Qualifications**:
Ideally you will have:

- Some experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role - preferable but not essential
- Excellent Communication Skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- The ability to undertake heavy lifting, climbing ladders and being on your feet for long periods of time
