We seek a self-motivated, enthusiastic Sales Support 2IC and Checkouts to assist the Sales Support Manager in leading and developing the team responsible for managing all customer-critical processes at the ‘front of house’. You will also support back-of-house operations, ensuring internal audit requirements are met, and administration tasks are completed daily.

Therefore, this role requires a strong customer focus and a passion for retail, contributing to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting the Sales Support Manager in leading and coaching the team responsible for managing all customer-critical "Front End" processes, including checkouts, loss prevention, and administration/cashier duties.
- Leading Market Club acquisition - ensuring customers are being assisted in gaining the best value through our Market Club deals.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient and effective store operations.

**The days and hours of work for this position are: (Full Time Permanent)**
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday( Checkouts) 10am
- 6.30pm
- Friday and Saturday (Sales Support 2IC) 1.30pm-9.30pm

**Qualifications**
Ideally, you will have the following:

- Proven retail experience.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- A passion for customer and employee experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
