**Location**: WellingtonContract: Permanent - full timeAbout the roleOur Policy Advisors provide support and coordination to our policy operations work programme, which includes leading and supporting key projects and delivering policy and advice. They also work collaboratively to provide high quality and policy advice that have an impact on Pacific peoples and communities, particularly around economic development for Pacific.What you'll doAs part of your role, you will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of the policy operations' work programme deliverables, through project management, implementation of innovative solutions and working across other government agencies and to enable aligned and successful outcomes for our Pacific people. We are looking for skills, and experience in the following areas
- Experience, in New Zealand government. ideally across social policy or population-based policy
- Ability to research, develop, manage, and deliver policy advice
- Some experience in project management or coordination ideally in economic and social policy projects
