**About us**: **About the Role** The Vendor Operations Manager plays a key role in driving the seamless execution of our vendor management strategy. You’ll oversee the end-to-end operational flow of the vendor business from accurate product setup and inventory management to marketing support and sales enablement. This role requires strong collaboration across internal teams and vendors to ensure efficient processes, timely execution, and a high standard of operational excellence. **Role Responsibilities** - Manage accurate product setup, SKU maintenance, and inventory mix to support vendor plans - Oversee purchasing plans and resolve ageing inventory or stock discrepancies - Execute vendor programs, bundles, and promotions while managing margins and costs - Support sales teams with product enquiries, back-orders, and price submissions - Assist with vendor-related marketing activities, including ACOP management and billing - Handle vendor claims, credit notes, and dispute resolution - Identify and drive process improvements to enhance vendor operations efficiency **Role Requirements** - Tertiary education or equivalent experience - 2-3 years’ experience in vendor, product, or operational roles - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent problem-solving and time management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office - Action-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to manage complexity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment **What’s in it for you?** - We provide a fun, professional, and challenging international business setting.
