As the Executive Assistant to the DCE Organisational Strategy & Capability Development, you'll focus on providing a first-rate support service. You will provide high level executive support including traiging problems and activities, and acting as a first point of contact on their behalf. You will proactively plan and coordinate meetings and events, as well as provide general administrative support to the DCE.

**To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will have**:
- Prior experience as an executive assistant to executive leadership within a large complex organisation
- Demonstrated ability to triage work requests and approvals, to support the executive with prioritisation of activities
- manage competing priorities, specifically within calendar management and preparing meeting documentation
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills within a large, complex environment
- The ability to demonstrate initiative and a positive approach to problem solving
- Strong IT literacy and knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
- A passion for being part of a team focused on delivering a safe, positive and inclusive environment for all Fire and Emergency personnel
