We have an exciting part-time opportunity for an experienced Recruitment/HR Administrator to join our HR team in Christchurch. Due to ongoing growth across the business nationally, we are looking for an exceptional Administrator to help support our Recruitment Manager.
You will be able to hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced environment; are versatile, and enjoy supporting and liaising with multiple teams, if this sounds like you then we would like to hear from you.

About the role*
As an experienced Recruitment/HR Administrator, you will provide administrative and co-ordination support to our Recruitment and HR Manager’s; with a primary focus on recruitment to support growth across the business. Key day-to-day responsibilities will be:
- Maintaining our internal Applicant Tracking System - Team Tailor.
- Drafting offer and employment agreements.
- Onboarding administration.
- Maintain HR and Recruitment spreadsheets/documentation.
- Assist with preparing HR and Recruitment reports, presentations and training materials.
This is a fixed term contract over for four months with potential for an extended period. Part time hours proposed are 24 hours per week, over 4 days; however, we can be flexible and open to discussion. We offer a competitive remuneration package and a dynamic work environment.
**About you**
- Friendly, enthusiastic and always happy to assist, with high confidentiality.
- Excellent organisational skills, working to a high standard, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the capacity to multitask and adapt as priorities change whilst keeping calm under pressure.
- Good communicator, who enjoys working with and relating to a wide range of people. Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- HR or Recruitment Administration experience within a similar role; supporting in a busy and fast paced environment.
- NCEA or equivalent. A tertiary qualification in Human Resources would be an advantage.
- Highly proficient in using Applicant Management Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Packages - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams.
- Have a proactive approach to problem solving, with strong decision-making skills.
