**Product Lead**:
**_ Te āhua o Te Tūrunga - The nature of the position_**

Reporting to the Product Manager you will take complete ownership and accountability of a product portfolio for several industry sectors, including the design, development, implementation, maintenance, and review of learning programmes, micro-credentials and learner training plans. You will also be responsible for developing strong relationships with relevant internal and industry stakeholders as well as liaising with Workforce Development Council staff ensuring training packages align with industry expectations.

- Experience with the NZQA framework required
- Experience with NZQA submissions and processes would be advantageous
- Qualification and programme development
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Ability to carry out project briefs and project management to desired outcomes
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work cross functionally effectively and efficiently
- Results driven and excellent planning abilities
- The ability to build internal and external relationships
- Excellent time management skills
- The ability to explore and navigate through complex areas with ease
