We are looking for a Lead eCommerce Executive to join our Support Office team in Newmarket, Auckland. **The role**

You'll be responsible for driving eCommerce conversion, creating a seamless online customer experience and to be a champion of communicating ecommerce insights. A day in the life would have you collaborating closely with our digital and creative marketing teams to implement leading campaigns. You'll work closely with our digital agency to continuously improve the function of our websites and improve site performance; and you'll be constantly analysing and coming up with creative ways to continue to grow ecommerce.

**Key responsibilities**
- Drive and execute our eCommerce growth strategy across all our brands in both New Zealand and Australia.
- Manage website content and functions to ensure optimal online customer experience.
- Drive eCommerce tactics to ensure continued growth and optimal site performance.
- Provide insights and solutions to continually improve performance.
- Work with external ecommerce and digital partners to manage new projects and improve efficiency in existing tactics and functions.
- Stays apprised of and educates the business on emerging digital and ecommerce trends, constantly pushing boundaries and looking for opportunities.

We are looking for someone with:

- ** 3 years plus** experience in a similar eCommerce role
- A passion for **problem solving** - you are solutions focused and are great at identifying areas of opportunity
- The ability to **develop, plan and execute** digital marketing campaigns and strategies
- A flair for **communication**:

- this role will have you writing copy, presenting strategies
- Exceptional **collaborative skills** - you love to grow relationships and work as a team
- Strong** analytical ability**:

- an eye for detail, you can draw insight from all information, provide recommendations and present these to the wider team
- Proficient with** Adobe Commerce **(or similar ecommerce website platform). You feel confident with all aspects of ecommerce management including uploading assets, managing all product and category data and have experience with an ERP and/or other custom integrations.
- A sound understanding of **HTML and CSS**:

- Experience with **SEO and CRO strategies **and implementing these
- Great **time & budget management** - you can be relied upon to deliver work on time and to budget
- A** growth mindset** - you are open to giving and receiving feedback and are willing to do what it takes to drive digital growth
