**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga**
As a trusted People Experience Partner (Senior HR BP), you will be responsible for enabling our leadership teams to deliver best in class people experiences, leverage Group-wide people initiatives, and drive sustainable change outcomes as we continue our transformation journey. Working with key Support Office teams you will manage a broad set of relationships and will be accountable for people outcomes across the Business Units you support.

Key responsibilities include:

- Partnering with leaders up to Exec/ GM level to enable effective stakeholder engagement and delivery of key initiatives.
- Build leadership capability through coaching, advising, and facilitation.
- Delivering effective change management within a complex environment. Supporting people solutions across the employee journey - talent and succession, performance management, team experience uplift, capability build, and key annual processes.
