**About the role**

As a PAK’nSAVE Business Partner, you’ll be the first point of contact and support for the owners, helping them to execute the strategic plan in store for our customers as well as driving banner plans. You’ll be a coach and business partner, who will proactively identify solutions that enable positive business outcomes.

Some of the things you’ll be responsible for include:

- Ensure store teams are in tune with Foodstuffs North Islands strategic plan and Banner plans and are aligned with the agreed operational strategies and trading agreements
- Engage teams in store across a range of activity including pricing, promotional, range decisions, buying model, CODB and e-commerce.
- Provide analysis, reporting and utilise customer insights and data metrics to coach and support strategies and plans around business metrics, dunnhumby customer insights, and Customer promise trackers.
- Support the development of budgets and business plans with the store teams to meet the local need of the store.
- Drive cost reductions and challenge all PAK’nSAVE systems in order to reduce cost of doing business.

**About you**

Building robust relationships will come to you naturally, which means you’ll be able to effectively influence your key stakeholders. As someone who consults and guides, you’ll have the ability to present solutions that are underpinned by the strategic priorities and you’ll also know how to work with data and customer insights to deliver the best outcomes for each store.

Ideally you’ll also have:

- System skills - SAP knowledge with strong process flow knowledge
- Finance and accounting knowledge working on Profit & Loss tables
- Ability to transform various info into insights the stores team can implement in the store
- Strong commercial understanding with a track record of sound decision making
- Excellent planning and communication skills - both written and verbal, and clearly articulate ideas and concepts

The ability to travel will be required, with some having overnight stays, as will flexibility with your working hours to meet store needs.
