This is a key sales role in the region, supporting the Sales Manager and leading the Internal Sales Team that provides the first point of contact for our key customers. Through a focused and strategic approach, you will maintain extensive knowledge of current and future projects, ensuring tenders are successfully executed and projects are supplied on time and within budget

**Key Responsibilities**
- Working with the Sales Manager and Account Managers to ensure a strategic approach to quoting that provides the best opportunity for a successful tender
- Working with customers and the sales team to plan and implement the product supply on projects.
- Understanding of Hynds' pricing model, billing procedures, P&L and cost-to-completion projections.
- Motivates team members by linking individual and teamwork to the achievement of Hynds strategy
- Role modelling Hynds Values and creates an environment of excitement and energy that drives high performance

**Key Attributes**
- Experience in leading teams in a customer service/sales environment to high performance through coaching, mentoring and development activities
- Relevant experience to guide decisions and will back themselves
- Excellent customer service skills are paramount to ensuring a strong customer relationship
- Strong computer literacy with experience in Outlook, Excel, and M3
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deliver to expectations even during tight timelines
