**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Contract Manager, the Work Management Centre Team Leader is responsible for the operations of Ventia’s Contract Work Management Centre (WMC).

This is not a typical contact centre/helpdesk job as it tracks and manages each job from request to delivery and completion.

Accordingly the Team Leader role involves setting of targets and direction for the team; ensuring the team is resourced in line with operational needs; ensuring the customer and subcontractor calls are answered professionally, managing the workflow through systems, monitoring delivery performance, and reporting on outcomes in accordance with contractual obligations and service level metrics.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will need to have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI experience is an advantage

Attention to detail, excellent customer service, as well as having an enquiring mind and being adept at options-based problem solving are all key to your success in this role.

**Other Skills and experience required**
- Experience of data manipulation and reporting
- Advanced financial literacy and problem-solving skills
- Excellent business report writing, spelling and proofing
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory/management environment (including coaching and development of team members)
- Excellent skills in accurate data entry, listening and paraphrasing customer issues, liaising with stakeholders.
