**Description**:

To support this, we are looking for an experienced Project Co-Ordinator for a fixed-term, 2-year position who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of the projects by coordinating resources, managing documentation, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders.

**Ko tā mātou mahi | Our Role**
- Organise and coordinate technical personnel involved in quarry projects
- Manage contract engagement processes and documentation
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and agendas
- Organise and coordinate key meetings with iwi, Department of Conservation (DOC), Environmental Protection Authority (EPA), and internal project team members
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports
- Assist in tracking project progress, timelines, and budgets
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and team members

**Ngā Pūmanawa | What You Will Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in planning, Project Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Proactive nature, ability to work under time pressure and prioritise
- 3-10 years of experience working on similar sized projects, preferably in the extractive or construction industries
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum frameworks (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) is highly advantageous.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in time-critical or fast-track projects, preferably in infrastructure or environmental contexts.
- Proficiency in project management software (Project) and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and management
- Knowledge of resource consent processes and environmental regulations (advantageous)
