**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Project Co-ordinator to support our Capital Development project portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple projects with a high level of autonomy.

You'll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly — from tracking milestones and managing documentation to supporting stakeholder engagement and reporting. Your coordination will help bring strategic initiatives to life and ensure delivery excellence across the portfolio.

You're a natural organiser with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for project delivery. You're confident working independently, juggling multiple priorities, and building strong relationships across teams.

Your work will directly contribute to the successful delivery of SkyCity's capital development initiatives — shaping the future of our spaces and experiences. You'll help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.

By keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, you'll enable our project teams to focus on innovation and execution.
