**Key responsibilities include**:
- Owning and managing all operational documentation, ensuring it is complete, compliant, and implementation ready.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships across Matihiko - Digital Group, including projects, business groups, change, and transition teams.
- Implementing and maintaining robust document version control and naming conventions.
- Regularly updating and reviewing knowledgebase (e.g. SharePoint, KnowledgeHub, Teams, user guides, policies and our information on the intranet) on a quarterly basis.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining standard operating procedures to support consistent service delivery.
