**Job Description**:
**Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the role***

We are seeking a Business Support Coordinator to provide administration services and operational support to our Generation and Development team at our Wairakei Geothermal Power Station. You will be part of the Support team but assist in other areas or sites as required.

This role is the perfect mix of administration and operations support. Day-to-day you’ll provide administration support and be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our Taupo office. No two days are the same as one day you could be answering general queries to booking catering for the next presentation - or organising the xmas do while planning the next fire drill.

You are a pro at multitasking, juggling priorities and meeting deadlines. If something doesn’t go according to plan, you are quick to change tact, make decisions, and come up with a plan B.

Additional Information

This is a permanent full-time role, working 40 hours a week, finishing by 4pm Monday to Friday.
