Our client is a genuine and trusted organisation that is focused on the wellbeing of New Zealanders, providing support and services to families and communities across the country.

Currently they are looking for a Services Administrator to join their Porirua Branch and fulfil a range of duties including providing executive assistance support to senior team members, overseeing and managing centralised administration support and providing secretarial support for a variety of calendar events and committees.

Further duties of this role include:

- Co-ordinate and develop the annual calendar of meetings and events to support managers with the organisation of their regular meetings, where required ensure minutes are recorded appropriately and distributed, and action points monitored
- Providing input into training and orientation plans for select staffing areas
- Providing support with the practical organization and arrangements for meetings, as required, such as room bookings, travel bookings, car parking, catering etc
- Coordinating all communication to the wider organisation including the provision of a regular newsletters or communications
- Managing the policy review process, provide feedback and input into key policy documents, ensure they are written clearly and concisely and communicated appropriately.

- Accurate keyboard skills, and excellent knowledge of MS Office

Along with the above mentioned strengths, experience in the following would be highly advantageous:

- Working with contracts and policies and working with detailed documents
- Proof reading documents for grammar and punctuation
- Working with at a senior management team, and having a large portfolio of senior managers to support
- Experience in managing the delivery of a customer service-oriented administration support function and managing employees who work within the function

Please note, this role will require occasional travel around the North Island. A full NZ Drivers Licence is required.
