**So what?**
We are on the hunt for a sales champion to join the fun, supportive and immersive sales department and drive business insurance sales for the company You will be responsible for:

- Following up WARM leads from potential clients who have registered on our website. Progression to take inbound enquiries
- Using the skills and knowledge gained from your training of BizCover’s business insurance products to ensure that the customers are getting the right cover for their business
- Maintaining a high standard of communication to ensure an outstanding experience for everyone who engages with BizCover (whether they become a customer or not)
- Driving Sales and making sure KPI’s are met
- Adhering to all legislative and quality assurance components

**Who we want?**

*
- Ideally a background in sales in a phone-based environment, but not essential
- Preferably, experienced in commercial insurance or other insurance products, but not essential
- Excellent communication skills. An ability to build and maintain rapport is a must.
- Be passionate about customer service and giving the customer a first-class customer experience on every call
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

**Some of the perks**
