DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Team Lead, Warehouse in Auckland.

The position is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the operators’ ensuring workloads are allocated while provide authoritative advice and guidance to operators, maintaining OH&S practices & productive operators whilst not compromising our quality to our clients.

**Your typical day at DSV**:

- Coordinate the pick and pack of orders
- Ensuring cargo is correctly processed and invoiced, warehouse is always kept in a tidy manner and stock is controlled and stored correctly
- Co-ordinate deliveries with transport providers in a safe and timely manner
- Ensure all security measures are in place as required by the relevant authority
- Ensure all forklifts and other warehouse machinery is serviced as always required and kept in a clean & tidy state
- Comply with all safe work practices and procedures set in place by DSV
- Ensure team members have the necessary tools/resources to achieve assigned tasks in a quality/efficient manner
- Responsible for the work roster and allocation of tasks for the solutions team

**About You**:

- Experience in a similar position with experience leading a warehouse team with daily physical activities
- Experience using Forklift, Counter-balance, Stocker-picker, Reach truck, Flexi / Bendi
