**Warehouse Team Lead | Trade**

**The Role**:
The Trade team services a lot of venues around the West Auckland area, they deliver between Royal Oak and Muriwai. It is a tight knit team that are always on the go, the trade warehouse is an integral part of the business. We are looking for a strong leader to support and lead the team to success. The role is very physically demanding as a lot of heavy lifting is involved.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Plan and manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the Trade Warehouse to the standards set out in the Retail Process Guides
- Financial management and performance of the Trade Warehouse
- Manage all inventory related activities to the standards expected by The Trusts
- Monitor and manage quality including people (relational), process (transactional) and operations
- Communicate with all internal and external stakeholders to achieve clarity and comprehension

**What are we looking for?**
- Analytical, has the ability to interpret, understand and utilise data to make sound business decisions
- Must hold Full Class 2 Licence to be able to drive the Warehouse Truck
- Hold a current General Managers Certificate
- Excellent leadership skills and someone who leads by example
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a leadership role
- If you hold a forklift licence this is an advantage
