**Mō tēnei tūranga - about the role**:
As the Injury Management Unit (IMU) Admin Assistant working within the Safety, Health and Wellbeing Directorate, you will provide administrative support to the Injury and Rehabilitation team to ensure that Directorate goals are met. A key part of this role is to maintain administrative systems and deliver high quality administrative support.
Day to day you will be responsible for tasks such as scanning, copying, binding, file management, document processing, proof reading and editing. You will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement solutions, providing support wherever needed.
**Ko tāu nā ki tēnei tūranga - what you’ll bring to the role**:
As an experienced administrator, skilled in the use of the MS Office suite, you will bring a strong ‘can do’ attitude. You will be an effective team player with excellent numerical skills, open to new ideas and willing to take on new challenges, roles, and responsibilities.
**To be successful in this role, ideally you will have**:
- A relevant tertiary qualification, or equivalent experience.
- Confidence in using standard MS Office programmes such as Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Great attention to detail with the ability to be analytical.
- Strong integrity when handling confidential information.
- Experience in organising and prioritising workload and managing competing priorities.
- Word processing and data entry experience.
