We have an exciting opportunity of Retail Assistant in our business based in Rotorua New Zealand. We are looking for a responsible and dedicated person. This role requires you to be flexible with working hours which includes weekends, late evening shifts including public holidays. This is a full-time position which allows you to work for minimum 30 hours to 45 hours normally between 10am-10pm (Thursday-Sunday) and 10am to 8.30pm (Sunday to Tuesday).

**For this role, your key responsibilities are**
- Provide outstanding customer service and build trust and loyalty
- Replenishing stock of food items, newspapers, miscellaneous items etc.
- Ensure the displays/shelves are appropriately stocked
- Work with a passionate team to reach sales targets
- Processing payments and keeping up to date with daily admin tasks, including general cleanliness and presentation of the store
- Maintaining high store performance

- Interpersonal skills
- Clean criminal record and Zero tolerance to drugs at workplace.
- Be physically fit and healthy
- Flexible and Willing to do late evening shifts
- Provide outstanding customer service and build trust and loyalty with our wonderful customers
