**About the Role**:
Our ICT team at AUT regularly get great feedback on the services we provide to the University. But, we are always looking to improve and this role will be a key member of our Engagement & Performance team.

As the ICT Continuous Improvement, you'll lead our Continuous Improvement practice. You'll work collaboratively to delve into the services provided by all ICT Services teams to enable each team to constantly review & improve their own services using learnings from quality reporting to build on prior successes and failures.

**What You'll Do**:

- Implementing and lead the Continuous Service Improvement practice for AUT's ICT Services department.
- Use a collaborative approach to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in a with each of our ICT Services teams.
- Create and utilise service performance reporting using our Service Now platform to drive data driven decisions and demonstrate the delivery of service improvement benefits.
- Support change management initiatives and help plan and execute change strategies.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and successful project outcomes.
- Analyse business processes and recommend new approaches to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A tertiary qualification in business process management, business analysis, or a related area.
- 5-7 years of experience in business analysis and/or process improvement.
- Experience coordinating project tasks, especially in the project change domain.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver formal presentations to large groups.
- High-level analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.

**Join Us**:
**Salary Range**:$91,500 - $111,500 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
