We are seeking a L3 Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our Managed Services side of the business for an initial 6 month contract to assist with providing L3-L4 operational support to our customers

**Your day at NTT**
- Management of hybrid Cloud hosted servers and guests
- Windows, VMware Server builds, configuration and administration
- VMware cluster builds, configuration and administration
- Patch and harden servers
- Troubleshoot and resolve any identified issues
- AWS Services configuration and support
- Investigate support calls assigned and identify the root cause of incidents and problems within SLA
- Proactively identify opportunities for work optimisation including opportunities for automation of work

**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- Demonstrated experience as a L3 / L4 infrastructure support engineer
- Extensive experience with Windows Server platforms (2003 - 2022) and related systems is essential
- Experience supporting Microsoft Technologies like AD, DNS, DFS, DHCP and IIS
- Powershell Scripting
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, including CloudFormation, EC2, S3, FSx, Security Groups etc.
- Any experience with Splunk would be highly regarded
