Are you currently employed as a Property and Conveyancing Legal Secretary and eager to expand your responsibilities or delve into more intricate and stimulating matters?

If the prospect of working with one of the top Property Law Firm in the country excites you, then I have just the role for you My client is in search of a seasoned Legal Secretary to support one of their Senior Author and a Senior Legal executive who thrive on camaraderie and passion for their work. You'll primarily be involved in Residential Conveyancing and Property, to also engage with their Private Client team (handling Property, Wills, Trusts, and Estates).

This presents a fantastic opportunity for someone aiming to enhance their proficiency in managing Property files for their assigned author. A minimum of 3 years of Legal Secretarial experience within a New Zealand law firm is essential, with familiarity in handling files from the unconditional stage being advantageous. You need to have good communication skills and it will be great if you also speak Mandarin/Cantonese, but this is not a necessary requirement.
