We strive to provide an outstanding service experience for our clients, so building strong, positive relationships is key. You will need excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds. You should be comfortable navigating multiple systems and quickly learning new processes. Technological proficiency is essential to effectively deliver services in this role.

- A passion for helping others with a strong client-focused approach
- Knowledge of the Tertiary Education Strategy
- A proven ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to deliver presentations

Work HoursThis position operates on a rostered schedule between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Position Description
**Salary range**: $60,707.00 - $72,990.00
Based on knowledge, skills and relevant work experience.
