- Install fibre optic cables on build jobs in Arial and underground Network.
- Install fibre optic, Terminals, Pit, Manholes for and cabinets
- Perform OTDR testing from Exchanges
- Splicing on 12 -216 fibre cable and managing the cable
- Installation of outlets, hauling cable and per-termination including organising, forming, dressing and labelling cables to industry standards.
- Installs, maintains/repairs, and tests on build projects.
- Accurately test fibre (multi-mode and single mode) cable to required certification.
- Hauling and blowing fibre and micro duct/ribbonet jointing
- Network Rehoming /Cut OVER work as per Permit Time
- Experience in Operating Digger for Trenching and civil work.

.Basic reinstatement of earth works.
- Undertake any other tasks to support the overall FIBRENET COMMS LTD business as required from time to time.
- Ensure the site is always safe for the public and staff.
- Ensure compliance with FIBRENET COMMS, LTD Worksafe and client standards.

Skills and Experience, we are looking for:

- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in the telecommunications industry or Qualification Preferred.
- Highest regard for the health and safety of everyone on site, and the public
- Excellent communication skills
- Clean driving record preferred.
- Be Physically fit
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends, as needed.
