**About the role**
An exciting opportunity exists for a Telecommunications Climbing Technician, reporting to the Works Manager you will be working as part of a motivated team responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of mobile and fixed telecommunications equipment within the NZ Telecommunications network.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects for large, high-profile organisations that provide critical infrastructure in the electricity and communications sector. You will be joining a small, yet well-established and experienced team where you can get training, and portable skills and career opportunities that will set you up for life
- Telecommunications Technician Certification Level 3
- Minimum of 2 years’ work experience within the NZ Telecommunications network
- Experience in Fibre Splicing, radio technology equipment - DMR, Cellular, Microwave
- Strong knowledge of structured cabling copper and fibre
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Physically fit and love working outdoors
