**About the role**

As a Geotechnical technician with us you will be out in the field conducting testing, sampling, logging results for reporting, and conducting analysis. Scheduling projects and communicating with clients, as well as undertaking site observation/inspections of on-site works during construction.

You’ll be working with our dynamic team delivering high quality geotechnical engineering to a range of clients nationally.

**About you**
- Relevant NZ tertiary qualification or an Engineering Geology degree
- 2-4 years’+ experience as a geotechnical field technician within a consultancy firm
- Conversant with all relevant building codes, statutory requirements and the use of applicable software
- Have a high level of attention to detail with excellent planning and sound problem-solving skills, you will take pride in producing quality documentation
- Thrive on a challenge and be motivated to provide innovative solutions for our clients
- Enjoy working in a team environment and communicating with a wide range of people
