**About the role | Ko te mahi nei**

As a Data Technician, you'll help ensure our asset data is accurate, accessible, and reliable—supporting smarter decisions across our city's water infrastructure. You'll work with tools like **SAP, GIS, SQL, and FME**, collaborate across teams, and contribute to meaningful projects that shape Christchurch's future.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and maintaining high-quality geospatial and textual data
- Responding to customer queries and generating insightful reports
- Coding simple reports using SQL and supporting system testing
- Providing training and technical support to users
- Collaborating across teams and contributing to data management practices

We are looking for two Data Technicians in a two year fixed term capacity.
