Our client is a well-established large national business, based in Mosgiel, servicing the construction industry.
They are now looking for their next team member to join them in an administration role assisting the production and planning managers to ensure the timely production of their product.
This is a pivotal role in the business, being the first point of contact for their customers and suppliers. It is a detail orientated role, receiving, processing and allocating bookings so a good eye for detail, numbers and accuracy is needed.

The person:
- Good eye for detail
- Flexible and adaptable, working to deadlines and schedules
- MS office experience, Excel knowledge
- Friendly and outgoing
- Team player with a can do attitude
- 2 recent references
On offer
- Long term temporary role, with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person
- Good pay rate of $26 per hour
- Full time work, 9am-4.30pm, however this could be varied for the right person
