IT Purchasing

**About the position**

Be our administrative support agent for our IT functions and be a champion of centralised standards by streamlining best practice process to our IT purchasing practices. In this varied position you will be responsible for managing all administrative queries, resolving any enquiries and provide support across the IT division in a professional manner. Take ownership of supporting general administrative tasks for the TnT team which will including assisting and coordinating meetings and events, including minutes, actions follow up, catering, liaising with external functions. You will have the opportunity to work on various systems whilst supporting our intranet site, assisting with presentations and manage our team’s communication channels, TEAMS and Miro Board.

Furthermore, you will manage our IT purchasing function which includes creating purchase orders, processing purchase requests and manage the vendor relationship. Be accountable for maintaining the vendor information, ensuring the files are updated, accurate and current. Maintain our stock levels, receipt stock, be actively involved in stocktakes and stock movements from our storage locations.

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Purchasing and Administration experience
- Computer literacy - proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel) and finance systems
- Comfortable with completing manual stock movements and stock taking tasks
- Demonstrates excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
