As an Administrator within the Student Administration team, your tasks will depend on the specific portfolio that you are supporting. A full list of tasks and responsibilities can be found within the job description.

- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
- A passion for customer service and delivering exceptional service to students and staff.

Our team of professional staff focus on the experience felt by our students here at the University of Otago. Our wider Academic Division is responsible for strategic oversight of teaching and learning policy and practice, oversight of academic staff confirmation and promotion, and other various teams which provide support to our student community.

This is a part-time (0.9FTE, 33.75 hours), permanent position, located in Dunedin.
