As a Facilities Liaison you will act as the main Facilities contact for one of Wētā FX’s buildings. You’ll be joining a team of 50 who work in 12 sites across Wellington’s Eastern Suburbs.

Our ideal Liaison has a high level of personal presentation, a positive, outgoing attitude and can work independently. You will be adaptable and able to facilitate change on the fly, expect the unexpected and not be afraid to get your hands dirty.

We’re looking for someone who is a champion at welcoming, hosting and providing support to our crew. You are the kind of person who can develop rapport, show excellent hospitality to crew and are conscious of workloads, morale and creating a fun, relaxed work environment.

**Your daily tasks will include**:

- Keeping shared spaces including kitchens, meeting and conference rooms tidy and free of clutter
- Keeping an eye on general facilities management issues within buildings and reporting to the Maintenance team
- Maintaining the stock levels for consumables and placing orders as required
- Providing excellent customer service - ensuring Weta crew are well looked after and Wētā FX’s reputation is upheld.
- Hosting and support VIPs and events onsite.

**Other preferred but not essential skills**:

- Experience within the hospitality, cleaning, or facilities management industries.
- Barista Skills
