Our Grad Program
We're looking for passionate Graduates who can bring new ideas, a different way of thinking and who can challenge the way we do things
Our Graduate Program contains rotational opportunities across our business. This will see you experience a variety of roles across a two (2) years program.
If you have recently completed or currently completing the last year of a bachelor's degree in the below disciplines, we would love to hear from you;
- Engineering
(Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic)
About You:
We're looking for Graduates who:
- Recently Completed, or in Final Year of Study
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic)
- Business and Commercial acumen a plus
- Care about Sustainability & Innovation as much as we do
- Have a passion for Learning and a Growth Mindset
- Strengths in Communication, Self-Awareness & Curiosity
Program dates and Perks:
- Dates: February 2026 until January 2028
- Our Graduate Program may contain 3 x 8 months rotations This will see you experience a variety of roles across two (2) years.
- Competitive salary and access to our great employee benefits (accrued leave, flexible working arrangements etc.)
- Mentoring, Learning & Development Opportunities
- Concluding each rotation, there will be a formal performance and salary review.
Eligibility to apply
- A New Zealand citizen or an New Zealand Permanent Resident
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in the previously mentioned disciplines, in 2023, 2024 or 2025
