Transitioning Auckland's transport network on such a mammoth scale is no mean feat and we need a talented team to ensure we are up to this task. This Relationship Partnership role provides senior level relationship accountability and account management to high-value Public Transport operating partners (>80M of annual opex) in the Ferry space. This role works across AT and with senior management of our operating partners, to ensure all parties are supporting the Public Transport Operating model partnership approach/principles and delivering on contractual obligations. **Te Whiwhinga mahi - The Opportunity** - Building and maintaining relationships with business partners and relevant executives and stakeholders - Serving as the lead point of contact in AT Metro for senior operator representatives, addressing issues or redirecting them appropriately to AT colleagues - Ensuring that AT's long-term public transport strategy and AT Metro's delivery objectives achieve delivery outcomes through our partnerships with operators. - Building an understanding of Operator's business models and business objectives in order to form mutually beneficial partnerships. - Working collaboratively within AT to clarify long term objectives for PT operators, current requirements and any performance issues. - Working with operators and the AT Metro team to solve problems that are impacting on the ability to deliver high quality service and achieve longer term outcomes. **Ko koe tēnei | About you** - A tertiary degree qualification is required in commerce, business administration or related discipline. - 10 years of account management experience - Evidence of ability to ensure required longer term strategic outcomes are translated into short to medium term goals. - Experience in interpreting contracts and managing to KPIs - Maritime stakeholder experience is desirable but not essential **Ko wai mātou | About us & Nōu te rourou - What's in it for you?** At AT, we embrace inclusion and fully support building a diverse workplace where people come first and we feel safe, respected, valued and supported, inclusive of our differences.
