**Kaupapa | **Purpose

Our Rohe 2 | Region 2 People and Culture team are seeking a Regional People and Culture Coordinator. This role will be supporting the regional People and Culture team with efficient administration and coordination expertise. Delivering values-based service to regional kaimahi, supporting the team in the delivery of overall functions and implementation of regional initiatives.

Our rohe covers Waikato, Te Moana-a-Toi | Bay of Plenty, Te Matau-a-Māui | Hawke’s Bay and Tairāwhiti | Gisborne, this position can be based at either Te Matau-a-Māui | Hawke’s Bay or Tairāwhiti | Gisborne.

The Regional People and Culture Coordinator will report to the Regional People and Culture Manager and will be responsible to:

- Provide high quality administrative and coordination support to the People and Culture team.
- Hold responsibility for end-to-end People and Culture coordination and administration of allocated portfolios.
- Manage and maintain regional people and culture records, ensuring a consistent approach and alignment to legislative and internal policy requirements.

To be successful in the role you will have:

- Experience working in a people, culture and wellbeing team providing specialized administration and coordination
